Peab is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. This Corporate Governance Report, issued by the Board of Directors in Peab AB, describes how Peab has been governed in a responsible, sustainable, and efficient manner during the financial year 2024. This report is submitted according to the Annual Accounts Act and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
The Corporate Governance Report is a separate enclosure not part of the Annual and Sustainability Report.
Peab does not have any deviations from the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance to report for 2024.
The Corporate Governance Report has been examined by Peab’s auditor in accordance with the statement on page 226.
