Rapport över resultat för koncernen, IFRS
Koncernens nettoomsättning enligt IFRS uppgick under perioden januari-september 2024 till 44 098 Mkr (44 235). Justering av egenutvecklade bostäder till färdigställandemetoden påverkade nettoomsättningen med 2 186 Mkr (1 053).
Rörelseresultat enligt IFRS uppgick för januari-september 2024 till 1 794 Mkr (2 115) och rörelsemarginalen uppgick till 4,1 procent (4,8). Justering av egenutvecklade bostadsprojekt till färdigställandemetoden påverkade rörelseresultatet med 261 Mkr (366).
