Rapport över resultat för koncernen, IFRS
Koncernens nettoomsättning enligt IFRS uppgick under 2024 till 61 283 Mkr (61 600). Justering av egenutvecklade bostäder till färdigställandemetoden påverkade nettoomsättningen med 2 586 Mkr (2 779).
Rörelseresultat enligt IFRS uppgick för 2024 till 3 163 Mkr (2 586) och rörelsemarginalen uppgick till 5,2 procent (4,2). Justering av egenutvecklade bostadsprojekt till färdigställandemetoden påverkade rörelseresultatet med 364 Mkr (696).
