Peab continued to grow and strengthen profitability during the third quarter. Operating profit and the operating margin improved in all four business areas during the quarter. Cash flow was strong which contributed to a lower net debt/equity ratio.
We received a number of major construction projects and contracts in the third quarter, including:
- Commission to carry out a fundamental renovation of the protected F and T buildings at Vanha Vaasa Hospital in Vaasa. The customer is Senate Properties.
The contract is worth EUR 14 million.
- Commission to renovate the town hall in Botkyrka. The customer is Botkyrka Municipality.
The contract is worth SEK 440 million.
- Renovation and extension of production and office space in Landskrona. The customer is Hitachi Energy Sweden AB.
The contracts total SEK 349 million.
