Income statement for the Group, IFRS
Group net sales according to IFRS amounted during the first half-year 2026 to SEK 27,390 million (25,888). The adjustment of our own housing development projects to the completion method affected net sales by SEK -159 million (26).
Operating profit according to IFRS for the first half-year 2026 amounted to SEK 683 million (508) and the operating margin was 2.5 percent (2.0). The adjustment of our own housing development projects to the completion method affected operating profit by SEK -110 million (4).
