Rapport över resultat för koncernen, IFRS

Koncernens nettoomsättning enligt IFRS minskade under första halvåret 2020 och uppgick till 27 659 Mkr (27 979). Minskningen är en följd av att färre bostadsprojekt än under första halvåret 2019 har avräknats i perioden. Under första halvåret 2019 avräknades ett flertal större bostadsprojekt i Stockholmsområdet.

Rörelseresultat enligt IFRS för första halvåret 2020 uppgick till 893 Mkr (1 788) och rörelsemarginalen uppgick till 3,2 procent (6,4).
